The former chief advisor to Boris Johnson, Dominic Cummings, has described the Prime Minister as "a joke" for his mishandling of the Covid crisis. This astounding insight I thought worthy of a query or two.
Dear Dominic,
I write to say I was somewhat surprised by your description today of Boris Johnson as a "joke" Prime Minister.
Surprised? Why? Well, firstly, the rest of us managed to reach this staggering conclusion some years ago, well before Johnson took on the highest office in the land. Secondly, you seem to forget it was HIM who appointed YOU as his number one go-to man! If he IS a joke - and of course he is - then that makes you a bad joke.
Why wait until now to share your brilliant perception with us? It wouldn't have anything to do with you being sacked would it? I mean, you wouldn't be so childish, grudge-bearing, petty and vindictive..............would you?
I pity Mary, your wife, as in addition to holding down a full-time job she has to spend all her spare time running around picking your toys up and putting them back in the pram.
